We generally only accept English language manuscript submissions in electronic format in either MS Word or Wordperfect.  If for some reason you are unable to submit an electronic document, we might be able to accommodate hard copies on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact us for further information.

 To submit a sample for assessment, attach the sample file to an e-mail addressed to: sample@writing4science.com . Make sure your e-mail contains your contact information.  There is no charge for this service.

 To submit a manuscript for editing, attach the document to an e-mail addressed to: submissions@writing4science.com . Your e-mail should include your contact information, what you want us to do, pertinent information about the format and publisher, and any rush requirements.  You will be notified when we receive your manuscript whether or not we can accept the commission. We take pride in the quality of our work and in our ability to return documents in a timely fashion.  On occasion, we may be unable to accept additional work, due to high workloads.  We will provide you with a quote specifiying the full cost of our services and we will begin work when we receive notification from you that the quoted price is acceptable.

 For grant applications, book chapters and other large jobs, please contact us at services@writing4science.com prior to submitting.

 It is not necessary to include the bibliography with your submitted manuscript, unless you want us to edit the bibliograpy and verify the citations. It is also not necessary to include your figures, unless you want us to edit the figure legends.
